What is the commission on the sales I make?

The commission will be 10% on any sale made in the shop. You can increase your sales chances by sharing the link to your shop or even a specific product, all generated by the platform itself.

How do I receive my commissions?

Commission payments are made once a month, generally on the 15th of the month. You simply need to connect your Paypal account.

How will my customers receive their products?

You don’t have to do a thing. Once the customer makes a purchase, Hey Bud will receive the order and we will make the deliveries. Hey Bud will deliver all our products via DHL or USPS

Can I create an account even if I have another job?

Yes! You can manage your shop on your own time. Just don’t forget to file the 1099 tax form we send you at the end of the year for proof of your additional income.

Can I make commission if I purchase from my own store?

No, You cannot receive commission on your own purchases. E-shops is meant to refer friends and family! Hey Bud is always having other sales/discounts :)

What do I do if a customer needs support?

Let us do all the work! If a customer asks you for support, direct them to our Customer service team at support@heybudskincare.com!

What should I do if I did not receive my commission?

If you have not received your monthly commissions payout , you can email our customer service team at support@heybudskincare.com!

Do I need a PayPal account?

Yes, you will need to create a Paypal account in order to receive your commission payout! You can also select a Hey Bud gift card instead!

Does my customer need to use my shop link in order for me to receive a commission?

YES! Your shop link MUST be used in order to receive your commission and get credit for the order. If someone just uses your discount code, we cannot track your sales for commission. Please ensure all referrals are using your shop link!
