What does the Australian Hemp Clay Mask do?

Clay masks help to detoxify the skin, while drawing out impurities and oils, which is why people with acne (including blackheads) or oily-prone skin swear by them. Clay masks also tighten skin, which is helpful for those with enlarged pores. By adding Hemp Seed Oil the clay mask acts as a moisturiser to firm, rejuvenate and tighten your skin while leaving it supple, plump and luscious.

How often should I use this product?

If you have oily skin to combination skin use 2 to 3 times a week for best results. For dry or sensitive skin, use up to 2 times per week.

Is your product tested on animals?

Is your product vegan friendly and gluten free?

Yes, our product is vegan friendly and gluten free, and do not come in any contact with gluten during production.

I have a history of irritated skin and eczema/rosacea. Can I still use the mask?

Clay masks are known to dry the skin so it’s important to follow the recommended usage. Please do a patch test at least 48 hours before you use it. 

You might experience a mild tingling sensation on your first use. 

Although it doesn’t contain any ingredients that might trigger irritation or rosacea, everybody is different so we suggest to check with your doctor if you’re sensitive to any of the ingredients.

How often should I use this product?

For oily skin, we recommend using the product 2-3 times a week. For dry skin, we recommend using the product 1-2 times a week.

Does this product help with acne?

Our product draws out toxins, pollutants, and oils that clog the pores. It can be incorporated into any skin routine but will not cure acne alone.

Is it safe to use while I am pregnant?

Congratulations! Our mask doesn't contain any chemicals that can harm you or the baby. It contains a very small amount of preservative just to preserve the efficacy and we are FDA compliant. However, we do recommend seeking your doctors advice if unsure.

Our money-back guarantee requires you to consistently use our products for 30 days. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before using Hey Bud Skincare. 

We provide a full refund inclusive of the Standard Shipping cost to you. In order to receive a full refund, the customer must return the product and is responsible for the the return shipment cost to our Melbourne Warehouse.

The refund is capped once per product. If you have ordered a double pack, please make sure it is returned unused for a full refund.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Please contact our Customer Service Team so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please provide us details (including photos) as soon as you realise  something is wrong with your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly and accordingly.  

Faulty Products

If you have received damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Returning Products

If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, please contact our Customer Service Team to find out how to send your products back to our nearest warehouse.
Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
